In the name of God: Amen: I John WILLIAMS of The Isle of Wight County being
Weak in Body but of perfect Mind & Memory praise be to Almighty
God do make this my last Will & Testament in manner & form
as followeth-
First I Bequeath my Soul to God that gave it hoping thro' the Merits of my
blessed Saviour Jesus Christ to have Pardon for all my Sins and as for my
Body; to be Interred in the Earth to have a Christian Buryal, according to
ye discretion of my Executrix hereafter named and as for all my Worldly Estate
& Goods: God hath endowed me withall I Give in manner as followeth:
Imprimis I Give and Bequeath unto my Son Richard WILLIAMS Two Ews:
Item I Give unto my Son John WILLIAMS Two Ewes:
Item I Give unto my Son David WILLIAMS Two Ewes:
Item I Give & Bequeath all my Personal Estate Goods & Chattels of
what nature or quality soever; after my Debts & ffuneral Charges and
my Legacies above mentioned are paid: wholy to my loving Wife: Margaret WILLIAMS.
I do hereby, Constitute & Appoint my Loving Wife Margaret to be my whole
and sole Executrix to see this my last Will performed: In Witness whereof
I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal This 17:th day of December: One Thousand
Seven Hundred Thirty three.
