Dent, John High, Joseph Macgee, Robert Goodloe Jun'r,
Shemwell Kerney, View the most convenient way for the said road to be Cleared
& report the same to the next court & that the
hands of Shemuel Kerney, Robt Goodloe, Thos Roberts, James Wade overseer,
open the same & report to the Court.24

Jeffreys be and are hereby appointed to assess all
the property of the Inhabitants within the said District agreeable to Law,
and it is further ordered that Thomas Sherrod be and
is hereby appointed Collector of the assesment in the said District, and
that he Enter into bond with Sufficient Security before
he Enter into the Execution of his said Office.
