Isaac Hudson gets NC State Grant #1208 Nov 28, 1793 of 153 A in Wake County
Isaac "Ike" HUDSON (28605) was born 19 September 1763 in Bute Co.,
NC and died 07 August 1848 in Lincoln Co., Missouri. He married Mary "Polly"
(SHEPHERD) by whom he had seven issues: Nancy; Elizabeth; Sarah; John; Thomas;
William; and, Charles. "Ike" was a Revolutionary Soldier who fought
the British at the Battle of Kings Mountain, NC. After the war he lived in GA,
SC and then KY before moving to MO in 1819.
